Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a 3rd Engineer for a 120m+ private yacht
This is a great opportunity to join a great team onboard a prestigious 120m+ yacht.
As 3rd Engineer you will be primarily responsible for maintenance and upkeep of tenders and water toys, while also assisting with planned / breakdown maintenance within machinery spaces and around the vessel. Also covering duty nights when the vessel is operating UMS and hold a watch when under way.
Requirements & Responsibilities
· EOOW Unlimited. High Voltage Operators Level
· Proven technical experience
· Must be proactive
· Experience with refrigeration beneficial
· Maintenance, and repair of the yacht's engineering systems
· Be hands-on and willing to assist in various areas as needed.
· Ensure the yacht is maintained to the highest standards, complying with safety regulations.
· Quickly adapt and learn new systems and procedures.
· Work closely with the engineers and other crew members to ensure smooth operations.
Start date: Early October
Location: Germany
Salary: EUR 5000- increasing to 5500 after probation
Leave: 2:1 rotation
Itinerary and vessel- private vessel with worldwide cruising
