We’re looking for a capable and polished Purser / Concierge to join an 80m+ private, newly purchased motor yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity to help establish operational structure and contribute to a positive onboard culture.
This role blends classic Purser responsibilities with guest-facing Concierge support, so candidates should be equally confident with admin systems and high-end service logistics, detail-oriented, a calm-under-pressure professional with strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
✅ Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Purser / Admin / Concierge role on yachts
- Skilled in crew logistics, guest planning, purchasing, budgeting, and admin
- Purser CoC or equivalent
- B1/B2 visa in hand
- Fluent English, no visible tattoos, and a health-conscious mindset
- Female candidates only (cabin requirements)
- Northern European candidates preferred (owners preference)
- No visible tattoos (owners preference)
