2nd STEWARDESS NEEDED FOR A 40m+ MOTOR YACHT (PRIVATE)

Itinerary: USA – Bahamas – Europe (Including Norway)
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented 2nd Stewardess to join a well-established, family-oriented program. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to rotate smoothly across all interior duties. The successful candidate will be professional, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit interior team.
We’re looking for someone polished, detail-oriented, and naturally tidy, with great time management and a strong sense of urgency. You’ll be proactive, hands-on, and fully engaged—not a clock-watcher. A good sense of humour will make you an even better fit for the team.
Candidates must be confident working independently, especially during service and cocktail times, and have strong service and mixology skills.
Responsibilities:
Guests On:
Work closely with the Chief Stewardess.
Rotate between service and housekeeping according to guest requirements.
Confidently handle independent service, particularly during cocktail and drinks service.
Guests Off:
Follow weekly schedule focused on maintenance and housekeeping.
Rotate with 3rd Stewardess across all areas (guest areas, crew mess, laundry)
Family-oriented vessel with a longstanding and lovely supportive Chief Stewardess. 3 on the interior and crew total of 9
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
- STCW/ENG1 (min 1 year validity)
- B1/B2 visa (essential, 2 years validity)
- Schengen visa (essential, 2 years validity) or EU passport holder
- Non-smoker (including vaping).
- No special dietary or medical requirements
- Strong Service and Mixology Skills
- Excellent References are needed
PACKAGE:
- USD 4,000 per month, increasing to USD 4,500 upon successful completion of the probation period
- 38 days leave per year
