Summary

Currently recruiting a Rotational Chief Steward(ess) for 100m + Private M.Y

Requirements

  • Experience in a Chief Stew role on 100m vessel
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a large international interior team
  • Strong and confident in service
  • Experienced in training, mentoring, and performance management of junior crew
  • Skilled in budgeting, inventory management, provisioning, and cost control
  • Capable of creating and maintaining checklists, rotas, and manuals for interior operations
  • Strong understanding of guest etiquette, discretion, and UHNW service expectations
  • Professional, approachable, and able to maintain composure under pressure
  • High level of communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail. working closely with head of service and head of housekeeping.
  • Certificates required: ENG1, STCW, Food & Hygiene Level II (minimum), Crowd Management, Crisis Management, Security Awareness
  • Bubbly, outgoing and happy to be guest facing
  • Creative with theme nights


Start date: ASAP
