Currently recruiting a Rotational Chief Steward(ess) for 100m + Private M.Y
Requirements
- Experience in a Chief Stew role on 100m vessel
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a large international interior team
- Strong and confident in service
- Experienced in training, mentoring, and performance management of junior crew
- Skilled in budgeting, inventory management, provisioning, and cost control
- Capable of creating and maintaining checklists, rotas, and manuals for interior operations
- Strong understanding of guest etiquette, discretion, and UHNW service expectations
- Professional, approachable, and able to maintain composure under pressure
- High level of communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail. working closely with head of service and head of housekeeping.
- Certificates required: ENG1, STCW, Food & Hygiene Level II (minimum), Crowd Management, Crisis Management, Security Awareness
- Bubbly, outgoing and happy to be guest facing
- Creative with theme nights
