We are urgently seeking an experienced Stewardess to join our busy private yacht and step into the Chief Stew role after a short handover. This is a rare opportunity to grow into a leadership position, finish the season strong, and potentially secure a long-term role within an exciting program.

- Someone confident, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running
- A candidate with a genuine interest or background in sailing and regattas, keen to embrace the dynamic lifestyle of a classic fleet

- Join as Stewardess, transitioning into Chief Stew once familiar with the vessel and team
- Supported by a professional Chef and a capable 2nd Stew
- Busy schedule with back-to-back guest trips – excellent hands-on experience
- Part of a prestigious fleet of classic sailing and motor yachts, following the regatta circuit throughout the summer and enjoying select cruising periods
- Winter base in Palma, offering stability and continuity for the right candidate
- A positive, team-focused atmosphere with real long-term potential

- Valid STCW, ENG1, and all necessary documents
- Food & Hygiene Level 2
- Strong service background with attention to detail
