A vessel in our fleet is seeking an experienced Stewardess to join their busy private yacht and step into the Chief Stew role after a short handover. This is a rare opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a leadership position and finish the season strong — with potential for a long-term role.

This 32m Classic M/Y is looking For:
• A strong Chief Stew or an experienced 2nd Stew ready to take the next step
• Someone confident, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running
• A candidate who can adapt quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment
About the Role & Program:
• Start as Stewardess, with the plan to transition into Chief Stew once familiar with the vessel and team
• Supported by a professional Chef and a capable 2nd Stew
• Busy schedule with back-to-back guest trips – excellent experience for the right person
• Part of a prestigious classic fleet of sailing and motor yachts, following the classic regatta circuit throughout the summer and enjoying select cruising periods
• The boat will winter in Palma, offering a solid base and potential continuity for the right candidate.
• A great team atmosphere with a dynamic, supportive crew and exciting long-term potential
The Requirements:
• Valid STCW, ENG1, and all necessary documents
• Strong service background and high attention to detail
• Excellent team player with a can-do attitude
• Food & hygiene level 2
