Summary

Seeking a qualified Engineer and Deck/Stew Couple to join a busy FF private M/Y.

For engineering this is a hands-on role for someone who is flexible and willing to assist on deck when required.

  • Itinerary: Bahamas before heading to Alaska next year.
  • Strong spear fishing and dive program, highly active on the water
  • Competitive salary DOE, full benefits

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all engineering operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting onboard
  • Ensure vessel systems run smoothly and safely at all times
  • Maintain engine room logs and planned maintenance schedules
  • Assist on deck when needed on trips
  • Support the vessel’s active diving and spear fishing program when required
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth vessel operations

Requirements

  • Minimum AEC 1 & 2 certification
  • Proven engineering experience on similar-sized yachts
  • Strong longevity and solid references from previous vessels
  • Interest in diving and water sports a plus
  • Team player with a positive, flexible attitude
  • Couple candidates ONLY (Engineer/Deck-Stew)
