Candidate Requirements:
Fluent in English and Italian
Russian-speaking candidates will not be considered
Non-smoker and no vaping – this is strictly enforced
Previous experience in a similar role on yachts of comparable size
Strong leadership, organizational, and service skills
Positive attitude, professional presentation, and excellent communication
