Rotational Interior Manager – Private 100m+ Passenger Vessel
This a Passenger vessel that runs privately under high-profile yachting standards and is part of a large operation.
Start date: October 25th , 2025
Location: Europe/ Middle East
Package: Salary in Euros – leave 176 paid days (2/2)
Experience and attributes required:
Minimum of 8 years maritime experience including minimum 3 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess/Hotel Manager on 100m+ yacht or cruise ship including Housekeeping and Service experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience in managing and leading a large multi-national team
Able to quickly adapt to change and manage under pressure
Qualifications required:
STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
Crowd Management
Crisis management & Human Behaviour
Safety Training for Personnel Providing Direct Service to Passenger Spaces,
Seafarer's Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
Seaman's Discharge Book
Covid Vaccinated & booster (client request)
