2nd Engineer required that is capable of taking on tasks in a clean and organized manner. Someone that can be trusted to complete jobs and look after the engineer room without constant oversight. Good organizational skills and maintain inventory. Most importantly maintain the engine room to a high standard.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y4 Chief Engineer (<200gt <1500kW)/ EOOW III/1 (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
