We’re looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess with a confident, engaging, and professional presence to lead a dynamic interior team. The right candidate will bring strong leadership skills, excellent service standards, and a genuine passion for creating a positive, motivated crew culture.
This is a dual-season yacht with a mixture of private and charter use, offering the chance to work in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment. The owners value discretion, high attention to detail, and a Chief Stew who can set the tone for a warm and welcoming guest experience while maintaining an efficient, well-structured interior department.
