Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chief Stewardess to lead the interior department aboard a beautifully maintained 55m motor yacht. The vessel runs with a close-knit and professional crew, offering mostly charter but some private trips.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of interior crew, ensuring smooth service and impeccable presentation throughout the yacht.
- Oversee housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, and inventory management.
- Coordinate and deliver high-end service, including formal and informal dining, bar service, and guest activities.
- Liaise closely with the Captain and Head Chef to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chief Stew or strong 2nd Stew stepping up on a vessel 45m+.
- Proven leadership and management skills with a positive, hands-on approach.
- Strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
- STCW, ENG1, and Food Hygiene Level 2 required.
- Silver service and barista/mixology skills a plus.
