Crew morale and camaraderie is very important on board and they are looking for someone to seamlessly fit into their team who will fit into their dynamic.
There are 7 crew members onboard, including a dedicated interior team of 2. The Chief Stewardess is approachable, supportive, and values delegation—definitely not a micro-manager.
You will share the duties with the Chief Stew and although previous sail yacht experience is not required, you will be expected to crack on with service even when the yacht is heeling under sail!
The yacht follows a relatively quiet program, cruising between the US, Caribbean, and Mediterranean with occasional guest trips. If you're after a fantastic work/life balance, this could be the perfect fit for you!

The start date for this role is flexible and can be up until the end of September. You will be expected to join the yacht in the US so a B1B2 visa is a deal breaker here.
