Sole Engineer - Private 40m M/Y
Great opportunity for an engineer with experience in new builds. The yacht currently in the Med and will be travel on Dockwise to be Miami based from September - must have a B1B2 in hand!
- Start date: End of August
- Itinerary: Miami/Bahamas
- Package: Salary 8,000 - 9,000 Euros, 60 days leave
Experience and attributes required:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, new build experience essential
• Experience in operational and financial management of the Engineering department
• Ability to comply with Flag State, Class, MARPOL and Local Regulations concerning all discharge
• Maintain a safe and efficient Engine Room
• Efficient in planned maintenance schedules, including experience in yard and refit operations and record keeping
• Excellent time management and crew management for watch keeping
• Excellent personal appearance and presentation
Qualifications required:
• EOOW (Mandatory)
• STCW (Fully up-dated) Incl PDSD
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate (valid minimum 6 months)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book
