Summary

Burgess Recruitment is seeking a rotational Sole Chef for a 50m charter motor yacht.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tight-knit, professional crew on a well-managed 50m dual season charter yacht.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Head Chef on similar-sized charter yachts
  • Culinary training and experience in high-end restaurants or hotels preferred
  • Strong understanding of provisioning and menu planning in the Med
  • Excellent time and kitchen management
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to cater to varied guest preferences and dietary requirements
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • B1/B2, STCW, ENG1, FHS level 3

Start date: end of August to early September

Join: France

Salary: €7,500/month

Leave: 8 weeks on 8 weeks off

Program: Dual season - Charter
