We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Chief Stewardess to lead the interior department of a professionally run private yacht. You must be confident in managing a large team, hands-on, and lead with a calm, team-focused presence.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on yachts 70m+
- Confident in managing large teams and mentoring junior stews
- Strong administrative background – proficient in managing inventories, budgets, provisioning, and scheduling
- Excellent interpersonal skills – professional, discreet, and composed under pressure
- Non-smoker, no visible tattoos
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Leadership & Management:
- Proven leadership on multiple large yachts as Chief Stewardess with consistent responsibility for managing larger interior teams.
- Skilled in setting up and reorganizing interior departments, developing systems from scratch, and leading new teams.
- Strong record of training, mentoring, and retaining crew.
Administration & Software Proficiency:
- Deep involvement in yacht administration: inventories, budgets, reports, provisioning, and vendor liaison.
- Proficient in industry software: Deep Blue, Voly, Pinpoint Works, IDEA, Quicken, SharePoint, and more.
- Experience managing flights, rotation schedules, and shipyard project coordination.
Guest Service & Presentation:
- Strong experience with both private and charter programs.
- Skilled in silver service, theme nights, guest activity coordination, and high-profile guest interaction.
Versatility & Operational Experience:
Involvement in both operational and refit phases, with practical experience in shipyards and start-ups.

- Calm, structured, hands-on, and professional.
- Creates and leads cohesive teams in multicultural environments.
- Actively interested in wellness – naturally aligns with active crew culture.
