We are looking an experienced Lead Service for Private 100m+ MY.
Position: Lead Service
Salary: 5000 - € EURO /pm (DOE).
Rotation: 2:2 - paid leave
Accommodation: Shared Cabin.
Start Date: Mid-August 2025
The Lead Service supervisor manages three interior team members. Provide a high level of service to the guests during operational periods. Report directly to the Chief Stewardess, always maintaining consistent communication. Fluent command of the English language, highly motivated and prepared to integrate into a multi-national crew. At least one year of experience as a Lead onboard yachts, preferably 80m+.
Up-to-date certificates/documentation are required: Passport, Vaccination Certificates, Basic STCW, ENG1, Seaman's book, PDSD, Crowd Management, Crisis Management and Food Safety and Hygiene L3 for catering.
