I’m reaching out about a unique short-term opportunity for the right person who’s passionate about health, fitness, and clean cooking.
I’m looking to hire a male private chef and certified personal trainer to temporarily live in my Fort Lauderdale home for 3–4 weeks and help me lose about 20 pounds. The focus is on building a consistent, sustainable daily routine that includes:
– Preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner (healthy and satisfying, not restrictive)
– Leading one structured workout per day
– Offering general accountability and structure around wellness
This is not an all-day position. I’m simply looking for someone to help create and maintain a rhythm—good food, a daily workout, and positive energy.
You’d be staying in a beautiful home with a great kitchen, and living with me and my two 14-year-old kids, who are independent and easygoing. The environment is calm, respectful, and supportive.
Ideal candidates are:
– Experienced in both healthy cooking and personal training
– Positive, motivated, and great with routines
– Professional and comfortable in a family setting
– Able to stay in the home for at least the first 1–2 weeks
