VILLA MANAGER REQUIRED FOR A PRIVATE RESIDENCE IN DUBAI

The Villa Manager will oversee all aspects of operations and hospitality at a prestigious private villa in Dubai. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring impeccable service standards, seamless household operations, and the overall well-being of the principal and guests. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in luxury property or hotel management, with strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Discretion, efficiency, and a hands-on approach are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Property & Technical Oversight
• Ensure all villa systems (HVAC, lighting, AV, smart home, security) are fully functional and regularly maintained.
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate with external contractors and service providers (in corporation with FM).
• Conduct regular inspections to always uphold the highest property standards.
Service Delivery & Guest Experience
• Lead and uphold five-star hospitality standards in all aspects of daily operations.
• Personally oversee guest arrivals, departures, and special events.
• Coordinate service delivery across housekeeping, F&B, laundry, and valet teams.
• Ensure personalized service and attention to detail aligned with the principal’s preferences.
Team Leadership & Human Resources
• Manage and train a multidisciplinary household team, including recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Deliver continuous training in luxury service, grooming, etiquette, and protocol.
• Foster a positive, respectful work culture that reflects the values of the household.
Administrative & Financial Management
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, procurement, and vendor contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, maintenance logs, household manuals, and staff files.
• Provide regular operational and financial reports to the Senior Hospitality Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, private estates, or hotel/resort management.
• Proven leadership in managing household or hotel teams.
• Strong understanding of facility operations, maintenance, and smart home technology.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Fluent in English; additional languages.
• Eligibility to work in the UAE.
• High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or similar.
• Experience working for UHNW clients.
• Background in protocol or VIP family service is a plus.
