Summary

Delivery Captain Needed for 90m+ Passenger Yacht

 

Start Date: 1 September 2025

Salary: Negotiable

Leave: TBC – Delivery contract initially, with potential to become a permanent rotational position

 

Qualifications:

·      Must hold an Unlimited Class 1 CoC

·      Crisis Management & Human Behaviour Certificate

·      Crowd Management & Passenger Safety Certificates.

·      Valid STCW and ENG1

Requirements:

·      Proven experience as Captain on large motor yachts (80m+)

·      Strong passage planning and delivery experience, ideally within the Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East region

·      Confident leading a bridge team on long passages

·      Excellent leadership and communication skills

·      Familiarity with ISM and high-standard operational procedures

Other:

·      Delivery from Eastern Mediterranean to Dubai via the Red Sea

·      Security personnel will be onboard for the duration of the passage

·      Potential to transition into a permanent rotational Captain role

Must be confident managing owner expectations and delivering to a high standard

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• Reg II/2 CoC Master (Unlimited) / Class 1
