This 100m+ MY is currently looking for a HOS with a minimum of 3 years yachting experience to join them onboard in late August time. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years yachting experience behind them already, along with experience on similar sized vessels. You service skills must already be top notch, and you will have legit references to that confirm this. Leading a team will be 1st nature to you, but you must be able to follow clear instructions also from your higher ranks onboard. The current junior crew onboard are all pretty much up to scratch, but teaching them and passing on some of your own knowledge will always be welcomed. There is a multi national crew onboard who all mix perfectly with each other, so if you are looking for a vessel that only hires 1/2 dominant nationalities then this vessel will not be for you.
