About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Stew/Masseuse to join a private 54m world cruiser. This dual role requires someone who is confident in housekeeping and service while also providing exceptional massage and wellness treatments to guests. The resposibilites will be split 70/30
You will be working closely with the interior team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service, while also offering daily or on-demand spa treatments as requested.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of massage and spa treatments (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, reflexology, aromatherapy, manicures, pedicures, waxing)
- Maintain a serene and well-prepared massage/spa environment onboard
- Assist with interior duties: housekeeping, laundry, guest service, table settings, and turn-down service
- Work as part of a cohesive and professional team, always ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction
- Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Certified MassageTherapist with recognized qualifications
- Previous experience in a stew/masseuse role onboard a yacht is beneficial, but we are open to green crew that have land based spa experience.
- Strong knowledge of spa etiquette and hygiene standards
- STCW and ENG1
- B1/B2 Essential
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable personality
