We are seeking a Lead Hand for an industry flagship 110m+ new build which has recently been launched.
The vessel is for sale, and crew have a very generous contracted sales bonus equivalent to 3 x months salary plus leave owed etc.
Package is salary circa 4,500 EUR with rotation 3:1 PLUS sales bonus.
MUST have experience with large yacht deck ops. MUST have B1B2. MUST have longevity on yachts 80m+ MUST have YMO.
High profile project with whom we have a great relationship - the HODs having been known to us for over a decade.
