Chief Officer/1st Mate

Summary

• 45m Explorer style New build World cruising yacht are looking for a Chief Officer to join them ASAP!

• Exciting project which Quay Crew are recruiting exclusively for and with long standing captains, superb senior crew and an established yacht owner, this is shaping up to be a great program!

• Must hold CM 3000

• Ideally, they are looking for an experienced chief officer that can hit the ground running! They’ll consider a very strong 2^nd officer stepping up but must have CM 3000 and backed by solid references!

• The yacht is due to launch end of September. Initially Med cruising and then re locating to the Caribbean over the next few months before cruising towards Costa Rica and South Pacific!

• Family style yacht with interests in watersports, kiting and surfing!

• They are looking for a chief officer with a healthy/sporty lifestyle with good leadership style – this is far from a party boat!

• Good package on offer including a salary range of 6500-7000 Euros DOE, 2:2 rotation, 13^th month bonus, 4k Euros per year training budget – full package TBD during initial calls
