Seasonal Couples position: Stewardess (F) & Deck Steward (M) 32m+ Private M/Y Med-Based 5 crew.
We are seeking a professional couple to join a busy 32m+ private motor yacht as Stewardess (Female) and Deck Steward (Male). This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, guest-focused duo looking to join a tight-knit and hardworking team.
Stewardess Role:
• Responsible for housekeeping, guest service, turn-down, and laundry
• Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in service
• Experience with table settings, flower arranging, creating an ambiance (cocktails a bonus)
Deck Steward Role:
• Exterior maintenance, washdowns, mooring, tender driving, water toys
• Guest-facing: beach setups, watersports assistance, tender runs
• Interior support when needed during trips
• PBL2 required; Jet ski license or Yachtmaster a plus but not a must
Requirements (Both):
• Experience in hospitality / 1 season
• STCW, ENG1, and valid visas
• Non-smokers
• Positive, team-oriented attitude essential
• Couples only
