Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Female Personal Assistant (PA) to support a CEO in Paris office.
Must be fluent in French and English.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, impeccable discretion, and a deep understanding of international business operations.
You will serve as the CEO’s right hand—managing schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and acting as a gatekeeper across executive, investor, and operational engagements.
Key Responsibilities: Executive Support Manage complex calendars, appointments, and international travel arrangements. Prepare briefings, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Handle confidential documents with absolute discretion Meeting & Communication Coordination Schedule and organize internal/external meetings across global time zones. Draft professional emails, memos, and summaries.Attend meetings to take minutes and follow up on action items Operational & Strategic Support. Liaise with key departments (product, legal, finance, investor relations) Support planning and execution of investor roadshows, strategic partnerships, and speaking engagements Assist with regulatory filings, contract reviews, and board communications Personal Task Management Support select personal scheduling, reservations, and event logistics for the CEO Maintain a seamless interface between the CEO’s personal and professional obligations
Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in fintech, banking, or tech startup environments
Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
Expert proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital productivity tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Zoom, Trello) Experience coordinating global travel, high-level meetings, and investor communications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred What
