Summary
We are recruiting for a highly capable and hands-on Captain/Engineer to take charge of a 30m high-performance, new-build catamaran, operating a private, dual-season itinerary between the Mediterranean and Dubai.
- This is a full-time position on a modern, privately owned vessel. The successful candidate will be involved from the final stages of the build, through to commissioning, sea trials, and onward delivery. A strong technical background is essential, with the ability to manage all engineering responsibilities as well as command of the vessel.
- The program will suit an experienced Captain with strong engineering knowledge, or an Engineer with command experience on similar-sized vessels. This is a very owner-focused program, with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and professionalism. The Captain/Engineer will be expected to run the vessel with a small, skilled crew, taking full responsibility for operations, safety, technical systems, and overall upkeep.

- Ensuring the yacht is maintained to a high standard at all times
- You will need to hold a Master 500GT ticket as a minimum
- Strong engineering skills and experience maintaining marine systems
- Previous experience as Captain or Captain/Engineer on vessels of a similar size
- Involvement in new builds or refits is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Experience in cruising through Suez Canal will enhance your application
