Summary

Looking for a Mate, Start Date- 30th July (Some flexibility - current mate can stay a bit longer to assist with a smooth transition), 38.4m Private Yacht (2 years old), permanent contract, Med-based: Cruising Greece & Turkey this summer, winter base in North Italy/ South of France, Joining Location: Turkey or Greece, Crew of 6, Salary: DOE (per industry standard), Must hold a Yachtmaster and have minimum 2 seasons experience.

We're also open to a strong Bosun or Lead Deckhand looking to step up into a Mate role.

The current Mate has been onboard for 1.5 years and is leaving on very good terms - a smooth handover can be arranged.

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
  • ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
  • RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
RYA Qualifications
  • RYA Powerboat Level 2
