West Nautical are seeking a dynamic, confident sole Engineer with a passion for electronics!

This is a classic vessel with an impressive hybrid power system installed during a recent refit, so knowledge in this area is important.

This is a tight knit crew, so a positive can do attitude, personality & team spirit required.

Med summer season, winter yard period, Italy or France

Min Qualifications:

STCW

ENG1

Y3 or Y4

Strong engineering, electronics experience & a passion for learning new systems

AEC 1&2 an advantage

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Approved Engine Course (AEC 1 & 2) Certificate
• RIII/3 Y4 Chief Engineer (<200gt <1500kW)/ EOOW III/1 (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
