Position Overview: We’re looking for a talented Shipwright / Boatbuilder / Leading Hand with at least 4 years of experience to support our Manufacturing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong Shipwright or Carpentry background and be highly organised, proactive and solution driven.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Relay and plan work instructions from management to the boatbuilding team.
• Craftsmanship: Build and Refit high-quality boats in a highly detailed environment, ensuring precision
and excellence in every project.
• Materials Expertise: Work extensively with carbon fibre and fibreglass, utilizing your knowledge to
create durable and top-performing vessels.
• Independence & Collaboration: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as
part of a collaborative team, adapting to the needs of each project.
What we're looking for
• Confident in taking the lead and managing a team.
• 4 years minimum experience in boat building.
• Proficiency in working with carbon fibre and fibreglass materials.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to thrive in both solo and team settings, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork skills.
