Summary
We are currently seeking a Rotational Sole Chef to join a 40m Dual Season Private/Charter Motor Yacht.
This role is a Dual Season Private/charter yacht that requires a highly skilled professional who can manage all culinary operations on board. As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for creating a diverse range of meals that cater to the tastes of guests while ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene. Your culinary expertise should encompass various international cuisines, and your ability to plan and execute menus tailored to guests' preferences is essential. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, organized, and able to work effectively in a rotation schedule to ensure the yacht meets its charter commitments.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sole Chef in a similar environment, preferably on yachts
- Strong culinary background with a focus on international cuisine
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Exceptional menu planning and execution skills
- Ability to adapt to dietary restrictions and preferences of guests
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Male due to cabin arrangements
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Food Hygiene lvl2 or higher
