Sole Engineer in France

Summary

We are looking for a temporary Chief Engineer to cover 4 - 6 weeks of Charter on a busy 35m M/Y.

Due to the busy programme you will need to have had previous Chief Engineer experience on vessels of the same size with at least 2-3 years of experience within the role, this is a must for the role. The ideal candidate will need to be an all rounder when it comes to electricals, hotel systems and AV/IT. 

Back to back charters during the 2 month period, crew get on really well and all like to go for dinner at the end of each charter.

Start date 14th July

Qualifications/Experience 

·       Will need to have an EU Passport

·       Y2 or Equivalent 

·       3 years within the industry

·       Good AV/IT knowledge

·       Have experience working within a busy programme/charters

Package:

·       6000 EUR

·       Equal share of charter trips

·       Starting asap 

MLC leave accrued and paid out

Essential Qualifications

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/2 Y2 Chief Engineer (<3000gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
