The Candidate Specification
We are currently seeking a Chief Stewardess for a dual-season private motor yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Service, a strong 2nd Stew with at least 4 years of experience, or a service-focused stew ready to step up into a leadership role. The yacht runs with a team of three on the interior, and you’ll be joining a supportive and well-established crew.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator - clear, efficient, and confident when liaising with the owner and guests. The owner is very structured, so strong organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs are essential. You should be personable, approachable, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the interior, managing provisioning, maintaining interior accounts, handling guest and crew flight arrangements, and ensuring the smooth running of all service and housekeeping operations. This role requires someone who is calm under pressure and can take initiative while maintaining the highest level of service.
B1/B2 visa support is available.
