Qualifications: Master 3000GT
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Captain on yachts of a similar size
- Strong technical background – AV/IT skills highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Track record of longevity and solid owner/guest feedback
Other:
- Private program with dual season itinerary
- No long passages
- Excellent longevity among senior crew
- Looking for a long-term fit with commitment to program growth
