Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service:
- Providing attentive and professional service to guests, including serving meals and drinks, setting tables, and fulfilling special requests.
- Housekeeping:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest areas, including cabins, dining areas, and common spaces.
- Beverage Service:
- Preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails and other beverages.
- Table Service:
- Setting tables for meals, serving guests, and clearing away dishes.
- Interior Maintenance:
- Assisting with general interior maintenance tasks, such as laundry, ironing, and maintaining bar and drink supplies.
- Event Support:
- Helping with the preparation and execution of special events or theme parties, including decorations and service.
- Guest Interaction:
- Interacting with guests professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries, and resolving any service-related issues.
