Provide excellent hospitality service to meet and ideally exceed owners & guest expectations with a high level of creative flair while maintaining proper etiquette in a high-energy, can-do attitude at all times,
under the direction and authority of the captain.
Excellent communication skills in English both written and oral.
Effectively organize & maintain smooth and efficient operation of the interior department under her supervision to including training and scheduling of all interior duties.
(2nd & 3rd stew carried onboard when operating privately and 4th Stew when chartering)
Responsible for overall wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, care of personal items/specialty garments, housekeeping services, laundry operation and procedures
Protecting, maintaining, and caring for valuable interior items and surfaces, such as artwork, silks, china, crystal, linens, varnished woodwork surfaces, gold fittings and marble areas.
Monthly credit card accounting & reconciliation for vessel
Organizing, monitoring & provisioning of all interior storage areas and inventories.
Organizing, monitoring & provisioning of beverages and snacks
Excellent collaboration with head chef regarding meal services for the guests
Creative planning and quality service of theme dinners and occasional guest parties
Crew uniform allocation, monitoring and purchasing requirements.
Maintaining and updating all interior manuals and guest-information documents
Watchkeeping in accordance with the list of responsibilities in the crew mess
Responsible for First Aid Team/Guests as per Muster List duties
Must have a B1/B2 Visa with at least a year validity.
STCW Certificates must have at least a year validity
ENG1 must have at least six months validity
