Summary
PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR
SHOREBASED position. U.S. citizens or residents only. We may not hire those with work visas or sponsorships. Local FL residents only.
Ft. Lauderdale private estate.
Main family residence, 18,000 sq ft+, waterfront property, This is an office position responsible for details on the entire property.
Duties:
- Coordinate maintenance staff work, daily tasks, and projects
- Oversee and arrange outside vendors, and service providers (landscapers, roofers, exterminator, specialists etc.)
- Ensure the property is kept to very high standards; exterior and interior
- Keep detailed records, work tracking, and constantly adjust and update
- Maintain spreadsheets to record and track utilities usage; provide comparative charts
- Manage budgets for maintenance and repairs, and capital projects
- Vet and approve invoices from service providers, contractors, etc.
- Keep work calendars, share for tasks assignment
- Report directly to Principals
- Coordinate with other staff, including Manager, Maintenance staff, Housekeepers, and PA
Requirements:
- U.S. citizen or resident ONLY
- Valid and clean FL driver license
- Full pre-employment background check and drug test
- Advance level of Excel, Word, Outlook, Acrobat, Mac and iPhone
- Live within commute to 33301 Ft Lauderdale
- Excellent written and spoken communications in English
- Experience with best business practices in filing and record keeping
- Work at a fast pace, highly organized, in a professional manner
- Physically fit to walk the property, inside and out, use of stairs, etc.
Monday - Friday, with an average of 50+ hours per week. Paid Time Off, paid holidays, 401K, 100%-paid health/dental insurance. Room to grown.
