TEMP CHARTER CAPTAIN – 35M MY
We are seeking a professional and experienced Charter Captain for a 35m MY with an exciting first charter season lined up in the Med. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, guest-focused Captain looking for a temporary role with potential to go permanent.
The vessel operates with a crew of 7 and already has four charters booked for August and September. It will be winterised in the Mediterranean, maintaining a reduced crew of 4-5. The program is open to both seasonal and long-term candidates, depending on the right fit.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years as Captain with proven charter experience
- Must have previous experience as charter Captain on similar-sized vessels
- Confident managing charters, turnarounds, and guest logistics
- Master 3000GT preferred, Master 500GT will be considered
- Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, guest-focused approach
Package:
- Salary: €10,000 - €11,000/month DOE
- Charter tips in addition to base salary
- Temporary contract (mid July - end of Sept), with option to go permanent
