Summary
Sole Chef role on a 33m Motor Yacht. MUST have B1B2 Visa in hand.
33m motor yacht though that is at the tail end of a major refit with all new Galley. The Yacht will operate USA East coats/Bahamas and Caribbean for the rest of this year then look at Costa Rica, Panama and Mexico.
They will undertake some charters and some Owner trips.
Very good Owner who is seeking an experienced and accomplished Sole Chef to help elevate the refreshed Yacht into high end and well-regarded Charters. Very experienced Captain who is seeking someone with a great work ethic and a great attitude, broad range of cuisines with French Brasserie, Italian styles and sauces are a hit. Proven abilities and checkable references are a must. Can be somewhat new to Yachting but charter history would be preferred.. Interest in fishing or Scuba diving would be great, Owner enjoys both.
Start date of ASAP to help finalise the refit and the final upgrades, the leave is 40 days. Shared cabin.
