Experience and attributes required:
· 2+ years of experience on 40-60m yachts as a Chief Officer.
· Confident handling of ISM, GMP, PMS, LSA and FFE.
· Planning and running drills. Passage planning, navigation and watchkeeping.
· Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
· Professional can-do attitude. Proven experience on yachts. A hands-on attitude and ability to lead by example.

Qualifications required:
· MCA CoC Chief Mate <3000GT
· Ship security officer
· ECDIS Generic - Transas Navisailor 4000 is a plus
· Seafarer's Medical Certificate (with 6 months' validity)
· Seafarer's Discharge Book
· STCW updated
