We are looking for an experienced Chef to join this 50m very busy private MY - single season Med (busy program) + based in the Med during winter (homeport TBD).
Med + Lebanese cuisine. Asian cuisine knowledge is a plus. Someone with great cooking skills, also caring about presentation and not afraid to work hard and in a clean and tidy galley.
Non smoker, no visible tattoos (or very small ones).
Fluent English. Mixed nationality crew.
Total crew: 13
Total guests: 12/16 (normal usage) - up to 32 (for special occasions)
Team: NO
Salary range: €7000 DOE. 42 leave days per year (flexible).
