Certification Required: MCA Master 500 GT (Minimum)

We are looking for an experienced and professional Captain for a 40+ meter sailing yacht. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with a strong background in sailing yachts and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum MCA Master 500 GT
• Proven experience as Captain on large sailing yachts
• Strong leadership, communication, and crew management skills
• Charter experience highly valued
• Excellent navigation and sailing skills
• Good technical knowledge and vessel maintenance oversight
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Discreet, professional, and guest-focused
Contract Details:
• Seasonal position with the potential to become permanent rotation.
