Summary
We are seeking a professional and experienced Chief Officer to join a 50-meter new build motor yacht. The ideal candidate will bring a strong hospitality mindset and help foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and service across all departments.
A solid understanding of ISM and MLC compliance is essential, with safety protocols and procedures remaining the top priority at all times.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, encourage mentorship onboard, and lead by example to create a positive, high-performing crew environment.

Compensation Package: $$ Competitive with 45 Days Leave
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Strong knowledge of all Bridge, Navigation, Safety, and Deck Procedures
- Proven leadership skills, leads by example, exhibits a strong work ethic
- Must be proficient in all aspects of anchoring
- Proven ISM and MLC compliance/knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation
Qualifications Required:
- Chief Mate 3000 Minimum
- STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
- Advanced Fire Fighting
- SSO
- Seafarers Medical Certificate
- Schengen Visa if applicable
