We are currently seeking a highly competent Head Service Stew for a 150m+ MY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 18 Stews, ensuring high standards of service are met at all times.
- Oversee all aspects of service, ensuring the highest quality experience for the owners and guests.
- Provide a range of service styles; silver service, synchronized, plated.
- Lead and train; proving to be a motivated leader, confident delegating, organizing and running a large service team.
Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will hold:
- Previous experience as a Lead Service stew onboard larger vessels.
- Proven longevity and commitments within their yachting career.
- Previous Senior/Chief stew experience managing a team. .
- Exceptional service and wine knowledge.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
