Summary
We are seeking a professional and reliable crew member to join a privately operated performance sailing catamaran currently based in the Caribbean (St Maarten). This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong shorthanded or solo sailing experience who thrives in a dynamic and safety-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will be confident handling high-performance sailing systems, including electric winches, and capable of working independently on deck while maintaining a strong team spirit. A clear understanding of onboard safety and emergency protocols is essential, along with a proactive and positive attitude.
Candidates must hold valid STCW, ENG1, and Security Awareness certification, and be fluent in English. Experience on large catamarans (50ft+) and technical or mechanical skills would be a bonus.
