Summary
Chief Officer needed for a Private 55-meter new build, MY. The ideal candidate will possess a strong hospitality mentality and will instill a culture of excellence and service amongst and between all crew members. Candidates must exhibit strong leadership skills and safety must be a top priority at all times. Must have strong references both verbal and written.

Skills and Attributes Required:
- Strong knowledge of all Bridge, Navigation, Safety, and Deck Procedures
- Proven leadership skills, leads by example, exhibits a strong work ethic
- Must be proficient in all aspects of anchoring
- Proven ISM and MLC compliance/knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation
Qualifications Required:
- Chief Mate 3000 Minimum
- STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
- Advanced Fire Fighting
- SSO
- Seafarers Medical Certificate
- Schengen Visa (if applicable)
