- Flexibility to travel and work varied hours, including weekends and holidays

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sole Chef to join our crew aboard a luxurious 35-meter super yacht.
This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional to showcase their skills in a stunning maritime environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals for guests and crew, catering to various dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Plan and design seasonal menus, ensuring a focus on fresh, local ingredients.
- Manage all kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the captain and guests to create personalized dining experiences.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with maritime regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers for provisioning, both at port and during voyages.
Salary: 4,500 EUR pro rata.
