Silver Swan is delighted to be recruiting a talented and passionate Female Private Chef to join a warm and welcoming VIP family in Warsaw, Poland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the chef we placed in the household, on a rotating shift basis, ensuring consistent, high-level culinary service. From September 2025, you will relocate with the family to their second residence in Dubai.
Please Note: Candidates must hold an EU/UK passport prior to applying as, unfortunately, we do not offer visa sponsorship. If you do not hold an EU/UK passport upon applying, your application will NOT be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare fresh, healthy, and varied meals (breakfast, lunch or dinner) for two principals and regular guests.
- Work closely with the family’s nutritionist to plan weekly menus that are balanced, wholesome, and homemade wherever possible.
- Create diverse menus with international influences using minimal oil, butter, and salt, without compromising on flavour.
- Source top-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers, markets, and specialty stores.
- Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen; manage inventory and ordering.
- Occasionally cater for dinner parties and events, including menu creation, presentation, and execution.
- Collaborate effectively with other household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in cleaning duties related to kitchen tools, equipment, and work areas.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must hold an EU passport.
- Must hold a Driving License.
- Professional culinary training and/or significant experience in private households, Villas, Chalets or Yachts.
- Passionate about healthy, clean cooking and familiar with a wide variety of cuisines.
- Experience working with nutritionists and meal planning based on dietary needs.
- Trustworthy with a clean criminal record – background checks will be conducted.
- Able to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and confidentiality.
- Positive, proactive, and discreet with a helpful, can-do attitude.
- Must be comfortable around large dogs.
- Fluent in English.
- Additional skills in nutrition, wine knowledge, or mixology are a plus.
