We're Hiring: Yacht Crew Placement Agent (Hybrid | South of France)
Join our dynamic international team as a Yacht Crew Placement Agent, based in the South of France. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work with 1–2 days per week in our local office after a proper training, and working hours from 12 PM to 8 PM CET to align with our US-based clients and offices.

What You’ll Do
Oversee the full recruitment cycle for yacht crew (interior, deck, engineering, galley)
Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates in line with MLC standards
Liaise with captains, managers, and owners to understand crew needs and culture
Coordinate with our US offices to ensure a seamless international client experience
Provide post-placement follow-up to ensure satisfaction and crew integration
What You Bring
1–2 years’ experience in yacht crew placement, luxury recruitment, or yachting operations
Solid understanding of yacht roles, certifications, and MLC compliance
Based in the South of France or Monaco with the legal right to work
Fluent in English; other languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus
Exceptional communication, organization, and people skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
