Summary
A Chef who is experienced with traditional Chinese food *eg. noodles for breakfast* is required to join a new private 37m vessel.
The vessel will have a busy summer season approaching, used primarily as a family, on the East Coast of the USA. Florida, Boston, New York. Cruising itinerary will also include the Bahamas and a potential 2026 season in Europe.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a sole or head chef on a similar sized vessel, cooking for 7 crew and 8 guests on average.
B1B2 visa is essential for this position.
*Potential for couples position with Chief Stew, 2nd Stew or First Mate.
Bonus points if the chef can speak Mandarin!
